South Brisbane

Completed late 2015 and awarded the best apartment project in all of Australia, in 2016.

Rental yields for our investors were an average of 5.65% (0.25% above the median).

Newstead, Brisbane

Completed mid-2015.

Bank valuations averaged 9.4% above their contract prices – just over the construction period!

Rental yields for our investors were an average of 6% (compared to 3.4% for the area). This developer’s previous projects in this area have achieved greater than 30% rental premiums, compared to the average for the area.

Recent update: A second project in Newstead, which completed in May 2016 received bank valuations that are up to 18% above their purchase prices. For example… one client paid $608,000 and received a bank valuation at $720,000. And one-bedroom apartments also had valuations of up to 9% above the purchase prices.

North Melbourne

Sold off the plan 2015.

Our investors accessed this development at the original launch price. A few weeks later, the project was marketed at $25,000 to $30,000 MORE than the original asking price.
